Description
Special formula for Folk Art techniques. Can also be applied as a clear basecoat on to glass or perspex and left to dry, with Matisse Flow Colours being applied over the top to simulate stained glass. For more transparent effects mix the Flow Colours with Spreader Medium . A final coat of Clear Sealer will provide water resistance.
