All exchanges and returns require a proof of purchase and any refunds processed will be credited using the original payment method. Shipping charges are non refundable with the exception of damaged or defective products.

Products must be returned by post to Riot Art & Craft’s warehouse at

Further to the provisions set out in this Policy, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund for a product if

  • You misued the product in a way which caused the problem
  • You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the product prior to purchasing it
  • You requested any alterations to a product against our advise or were unclear about what you wanted
  • Any product purchased as part of a bundle offer must be refunded with all other items. Partial refunds on bundle offers is strictly not permitted

Change of Mind

If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s), we will gladly offer a refund or credit within 30 days of purchase.

Customers are able to return their products for change of mind if the following conditions are met:

  • Product(s) are unopened and in their original packaging

For change of mind returns, customers will be required to incur any shipping and handling fees. Once the product has been received back to our warehouse and inspected, our customer service team will process your refund, credit or exchange via your original payment method.

Customers are entitled to a refund when a product

  • Is faulty or damaged
  • Does not match the description or image that was shown on the website at the time of purchase

Customers are required to contact our customer service team at support@riot.com.au for any refunds or exchanges. Our team will endeavour to provide a resolution quickly by providing a replacement, repair or refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We will provide a refund or exchange on damaged or faulty goods including incurring all shipping costs provided the claim is supported with photo or video evidence within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please contact our customer service team at support@riot.com.au to arrange for any faulty or damaged goods to be returned.

Amend or Cancel an order

We are unable to amend your order once it has been confirmed. To add products, you will need to create a new order. To change the details of your delivery address or cancel the order completely, please contact our customer service team at support@riot.com.au as soon as possible with your order number.

Once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to make any further changes.

 How long will it take to get my refund?

Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to be processed back into your account once it has been received and inspected by our customer service team

Products purchased with a Gift Card

Any product(s) purchased with a Gift Voucher for an exchange or refund, will be credited via a gift voucher.

Riot Art & Craft reserves the right to limit returns and exchanges.
