AfterPayWhat is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a payment service which allows you to pay your online purchases in four installments without interest fees. In other words, shop and receive your items now and repay in fortnightly instalments.

Who can use Afterpay?

To register with Afterpay you need to be over 18 years of age, have an Australian residential address and possess a debit or credit card.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay applies for the total amount including shipping of your order. Add your items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout as usual. At the checkout you need to select Afterpay as your preferred payment method. Once you have placed your order, you will be directed to the Afterpay website. There, you simply login or register with Afterpay and confirm the payment. We will then dispatch your items as soon as your payment is approved.

Are there any limitations using Afterpay?

Yes, the total amount of your total order must be between $55 and $1000 including shipping costs.

When do I need to pay for my items?

There will be four evenly split payments. New Afterpay customers are asked to pay the first instalment upfront. The same applies to orders which exceed the amount of $500. Afterpay has a fixed payment schedule of fortnightly instalments. In any case, your payment schedule will be emailed to you.

What happens if my payment fails?

If you fail to make the payment, you will receive a notification via SMS and be charged a late payment fee. The late fee is calculated on the original order value of your purchase. Please visit Afterpay directly to see the exact late fee amounts.

Can I return an Afterpay order?
