CANVARS Maestro Linen Canvas combines premium Italian linen, hand-selected timber and traditional hand-stretched construction to create an exceptional painting surface, ready for the studio and ultimately the gallery wall.
The 250gsm Italian linen has a smooth, fine grain, providing a responsive surface for detailed work while retaining the natural strength and character that makes linen a preferred support for professional artists.
Each canvas is double primed with premium acid-free gesso for increased colour vibrancy and reduced absorbency, then individually hand stretched over kiln-dried pure fir wood stretcher bars, carefully selected free from knots and imperfections for strength, stability and resistance to warping.
