CANVARS Grand Maestro Cotton Canvas

A professional, gallery-ready canvas built from exceptional materials.

CANVARS Grand Maestro Cotton Canvas combines heavyweight Italian cotton, hand-selected timber and traditional hand-stretched construction with a deeper 32 × 42mm gallery profile for a strong, contemporary presentation.

The 380gsm, 100% Italian cotton features a versatile medium grain, providing an excellent balance of texture and responsiveness across a wide variety of painting styles and techniques.

Each canvas is double primed with premium acid-free gesso for increased colour vibrancy and reduced absorbency, then individually hand stretched over kiln-dried pure fir wood stretcher bars, carefully selected free from knots and imperfections for strength, stability and resistance to warping.

The deeper profile gives finished work greater presence on the wall, making Grand Maestro an excellent choice for larger works and paintings intended for exhibition or display.

We service Australia Post Standard, Australia Post Express, and road freight for bulky items, as well as free Click & Collect within Victoria for items stocked at our Clayton warehouse. Some items are shipped from partner warehouses - if this is the case for one or more of the items in your order, the order may be fulfilled in separate deliveries and can be dispatched separately. Estimated standard shipping times for metro areas are between 2–5 business days, and 2-3 business days for Express Shipping. During busy periods shipping can take longer.
