The Paper Mill Alcohol Inks are bright, vibrant pigments that dry fast and can be used on almost any non-porous surface. Every colour is permanent, acid free and transparent, and they all mix well together when combined with The Paper Mill Blending Solution. The exact colour of oranges when dry, the Mandarin colour brightens to a textured, almost glowing orange after mixing with blending solution.
