Description
The Paper Mill Alcohol Inks are bright, vibrant pigments that dry fast and can be used on almost any non-porous surface. Every colour is permanent, acid free and transparent, and they all mix well together when combined with The Paper Mill Blending Solution. Dried on its own, the Emerald ink is a deep, verdant green that would be seen in pine forest a night. Mix it with blending solution however, and the colours lighten to a gorgeous, rich green that will take your breath away!
