Ocean Blue shimmer is a rich and stunning cerulean colour that shines in the light. It can be used on both white and black paper for equally impressive effects.

Nice blue, blends well with other colours and has a shimmery finish. Like most of the Shimmer inks, it has some transparency which makes it fun to layer with other inks.
