Description
The Paper Mill Mixing Fluid has been formulated to use with the Paper Mill Pearl Powdered Pigments. When mixed together this fast drying fluid creates a highly pigmented, flexible shimmering paint that can be applied to paper, card, wood, ceramic, canvas and more. When adding Pearl Powdered Pigments to the Mixing Fluid stir slowly to avoid creating bubbles. Apply mixture with a soft hair brush and slowly work it back and forth across the surface. The paint will be touch dry and water resistant in approximately 10 minutes. We recommend a ratio of 1 part Mixing Fluid, 1 part Pearl Powdered Pigment, 1 part water. For a heavy opaque finish apply 2-3 layers allowing each layer to dry completely before applying the next. Adding more Mixing Fluid and water will create a translucent watercolour effect. Clean up with warm water and soap immediately after use. Made in Australia.
