Description
The Paper Mill Alcohol Inks are bright, vibrant pigments that dry fast and can be used on almost any non-porous surface. Every colour is permanent, acid free and transparent, and they all mix well together when combined with The Paper Mill Blending Solution. White and iridescent like its namesake, the Pearl ink is a wonderful way to add some lustre to your artwork, either on its own or on top of other alcohol inks.
