Atelier Glazing Liquid Gloss 250mL Medium
Perfect for creating translucent glazes. Slightly extends open time & is waterproof when dry. TRADITIONAL MEDIUM: Dries waterproof for traditional acrylic techniques. Use with Atelier Interactive & other artists' acrylics. An acrylic medium with a slightly longer open time perfect for creating translucent glazes. Mix with paint for added translucency with a rich oil-like gloss sheen. Promotes flow and levelling. Gloss Glazing Liquid can be added to the paint in any ratio to achieve the desired consistency and translucency. Adding small amounts to the paint will improve brushability. A ratio of approx. 10 parts medium:1 part paint is ideal for glazing. When used for glazing the open time is about 30-45 minutes depending on factors like temperature and humidity. Once touch-dry, the paint layer will quickly become waterproof to allow for overpainting and further glazing layers. Shake bottle gently before using. Clean up with mild soap & cool water. Water-Based & Non-Toxic.
