It is quite shiny, I suppose it is metallic! No complaints, works well on canvas and haven't tried any other surface.

Use straight up for lettering, or mix with pouring medium.
Mix a few drops in with ”diamond” pearl pigment (1+7 in photo) to make silver.

These are highly pigmented and make for awesome fluid art projects, however this one is closer to charcoal due to the metallic nature.
