I always find these sorts of foam brushes to work okay, they soak up paint but don’t always spread the paint all that well and cleaning them can be really tough if you are too slow. They help to give some interesting effects and can spread paint over larger surfaces without much issue, but the application can be a bit wonky.

This brand of foam brushes are excellent on stretched canvas, used with good/fair quality acrylics and a little added flow medium or water. They hold a lot of paint, cover an area evenly, are precise at edges, and wash out very clean in water for later re-use
