Urban Crafter Epoxy Resin Kit 1:1, 1Lt (500ml + 500ml)

Mixing Ratio: 1A to 1B by volume, equal parts

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Measure equal parts A Resin with B hardener in a clean container (disposable recommended
2. Slowly mix it together until absolutely no swirls can be seen, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom thoroughly for approx. 2-5 minutes.
3. For colour, add in pigments and stir until thoroughly mixed in (optional)
4. Ensure surface is dry and dust free, slowly pour over the surface you are coating to avoid introducing additional air bubbles.
5. Carefully using a butane torch or heat gun 20cm from the surface, sweep the heat source over the resin to remove air bubbles.
6. Allow to cure in a dust free area for 18-24 hours. The optimum environment temperature range is 22 degrees to 23 degrees. It will begin to gel in 18-24 hours, curing rock hard in up to 4 days. Temperatures under 20 degrees will slow the curing process. Curing can stop at 15 degrees. Temperatures above 25 degrees will accelerate curing too much, leading to cracking, and shrinking. Also avoid working in high humidity.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS

Always wear safety glasses and disposable gloves when mixing and pouring resin. Avoid breathing vapours. Work in a well-ventilated space. Always return the correct cap to each bottle.

FIRST AID:

DO NOT induce vomiting. Give a glass of water. Wash off skin in warm soapy water. In case of eye contact, flush with running water and seek medical advice from the poison’s information Centre Australia 13 11 26.
