Made in France, Maya is a Clairefontaine fine art paper that is super smooth on the front and back. Maya paper is cellulose-based, deep dyed and lightfast. Its surface is suitable for precise drawings with pencil, felt-tip pen and ink. Its highly resistant surface allows ink to dry rapidly and it will withstand repeated scratching and erasing without pilling.
The Cross 'n' Dot ruling is an innovative, clean and refined ruling which combines the pleasure and ease of creating on a subtle lace alternating every 5 mm with delicate small open crosses and small discreet dots. And as a bonus, this graceful matrix can make itself almost imperceptible to the scanner, copier or when photographed or filmed.
