Atelier Universal Medium/Varnish is used for traditional acrylic layering, blending and feathering techniques. Provides good color saturation and enhancement when used as a protective water-based varnish.
· Low viscosity
· Traditional medium - water resistant when dry for layering
· Dries to a gloss or satin sheen, depending on how much water is added
· Traditional fast-drying layering
· Extended blending, feathering
· As a varnish, gives the color saturation and enhancement of a good solvent based varnish
