Strength and durability are very important properties in any polymer clay product. The amount of time and effort put into your project makes it very valuable; and when a piece breaks it can be very disappointing. Stronger than other clays, objects made with Kato Polyclay become permanent works of art that will resist breaking and wear over time. The recommended curing temperature for Kato Polyclay is between 275F (135C) and 300F (150C) for 10-30 minutes. TIP: Maximize the strength of Kato by curing at 300f (150C) - separate oven thermometer is reccomended to ensure accuracy. There are 21 colors available in the Kato Polyclay line. 8 spectral colors, 5 neutral colors (including translucent), 4 metallic colors, 4 concentrated colors. All colors are intermixable, enabling the artist to create virtually any color imaginable. This gives artists the freedom of producing their own signature colors. TIP: Adding White to any spectral color will turn it into a Pastel! With other polymer clays, there is often a significant difference between the color of the packaged clay and the clay after it has been cured. Kato Polyclay has a minimal color shift when cured. TIP: When curing, create a "dome" or "tent" with aluminum foil over your work to help regulate temperatures and stabilize colors. During checkout a number of delivery options will be made available to you depending on how our system categorises the final expected carton, plus your delivery location. For example if you are overseas, you will have a number of options made available depending on order value, weight and size - including express delivery options. Within Australia you shall have a number of options also, with an estimate of delivery timeframe - including same day delivery options depending on your location.

- Step 1: As soon as your package arrives, check that the correct items have been sent to you. Whilst we have multiple checks as we prepare your shipment, unintentional human errors can occur and the best time to verify everything is perfect is as soon as you receive your delivery. Check the cartons carefully as parts or small items can sometimes move around and easily be caught inside packaging or void-fill.
- Step 2: Do not throw away any of the original packaging materials, such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags etc. until you are satisfied with your order. If a problem arises it is normally much easier to resolve if everything is together - there's nothing worse than contacting us regarding a missing part and learning that it is carefully protected inside the foam protector, on its way to land fill in your local municipality because it was accidentally disarded.
- Step 3: Carefully inspect all merchandise, taking care not to damage packaging.
- Step 4: Please keep the supplied Riot Art and Craft invoice or packing slip / invoice slip with your important records. This helps us to more easily track the history of your purchase. If a problem occurs you can refer back to this information (or the order reference information that we email to you) to quickly enable us to understand which product you are referring to when you need assistance from us.
