Create striking Prussian-blue prints using sunlight with the Jacquard Cyanotype Set.
This easy-to-use, two-part chemistry set lets artists, photographers, textile designers and students produce detailed cyanotypes from leaves, flowers, lace, found objects or photographic negatives—no darkroom required.
Simply add water to the pre-measured chemicals, combine equal parts of Solutions A and B, coat a porous surface and expose it to sunlight or another UV source. Rinse with cool water to reveal the finished blue-and-white image.
The set produces approximately 65 prints on paper or 50 prints on fabric, based on an 8 × 10 in (20.3 × 25.4 cm) print size. It is suitable for paper, cotton, linen, silk, canvas, wool, wood and leather.
Set includes:
- Part A: 0.8 oz (22.68 g) Potassium Ferricyanide
- Part B: 1.9 oz (53.86 g) Ferric Ammonium Citrate
- Two light-resistant mixing bottles
