Bring sun printing into the classroom with the Jacquard Cyanotype Class Pack.
Designed for up to 30 participants, this comprehensive set contains the materials needed to create Prussian-blue fabric prints from found objects, drawings or photographic negatives.
Students arrange leaves, flowers, stencils or other objects over the pretreated fabric, expose it to sunlight or another UV source, and rinse it in cool water to reveal the image. The activity combines art, science, photography, chemistry and nature studies, making it especially suitable for STEAM lessons, workshops and group projects.
