Lovely wooden door with working latch & 2 hinges. I removed all the metal pieces, painted the door & also the outside surround. Varnished it all after I'd painted on the 2 coats of colour. I screwed the metal components back onto the fairy door when the paint & varnish had dried. Later, I hot glued on, a variety of different sized paper flowers, all over the outside edge of the door frame. Made decorated this for my 5yr old grand daughter.
