This competition is a game of skill. Weekly runner-up winners are selected by a panel of judges based on creativity, originality, and how well the entry represents ‘school holiday fun’. The grand prize winner is also selected by the Judging Panel from all eligible entries using the same criteria. No element of chance is involved in the selection of any winner.

3. Regulatory Compliance

This promotion is a game of skill conducted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) and applicable Australian federal, State, and Territory fair trading and consumer protection laws. No permit or licence is required to conduct this promotion in any Australian State or Territory as it does not involve an element of chance.

4. Competition Period

The competition opens at 3:00 PM AEDT on 2nd April 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 April 2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside the Competition Period are ineligible.

Winner Announcement Schedule:

5.2. While entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, the Promoter encourages parents and legal guardians to enter on behalf of their children. Where an entry is submitted on behalf of a child, the parent or legal guardian is the entrant for all purposes under these Terms & Conditions, including eligibility, prize claim, and acceptance of these terms. The craft creation may be the work of the child, and this will be acknowledged where possible, but all legal responsibility, correspondence, and prize delivery will be directed to the entering parent or legal guardian.

10. Prohibition on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Generated Entries

10.1. Entries must be entirely the result of the entrant’s own physical, hands-on creative effort using traditional art and craft materials.
